援助友邦 台灣捐助海地緊急物資　Taiwan Aids Haiti with Emergency Supplies 

The first batch of emergency supplies was delivered recently to Haiti from Taiwan following a powerful 7.4 magnitude earthquake in early August 2021, which devastated the country and has killed more than 1,000 people so far. 

The supplies included oxygen concentrators, personal protective gear, face masks, sleeping bags and food, and will be distributed to victims by Taiwan’s embassy in Haiti. There will be more supplies to come.

Before the delivery of supplies, Taiwan’s government had already donated US$500,000 in relief funds. The nation’s armed forces are also ready to offer all necessary assistance to Haiti.
