3種防曬常見的錯誤 你做對了嗎?

今天紫外線指數過量,記得外出時擦防曬乳。                                                                                       The UVI today is very high; remember to put some sunscreen on before going out.

 

很多人以為擦上SPF35的防曬乳,再上個SPF15的粉底,就擁有SPF50的防護力了,錯!這觀念完全錯誤。臉上的防曬係數並不是用加法來計算的,而是取最高數值為準!

Many people think they have SPF50 protection once they wear SPF35 sunscreen and SPF15 foundation. However, this is a misconception. The value of SPF for your face isn’t calculated by adding but by the higher value.

 

一般日常生活室內工作者可選擇防曬係數SPF15~30,若從事玩水、其他大量流汗的運動,則可用SPF50的防曬品。防曬係數太高反而會對皮膚造成負擔喔!

Choose SPF15~30 sunscreen for daily activities or indoor work. Choose SPF50 sunscreen if you play in the water or do exercises that make you sweat a lot. Sunscreen with too high an SPF is damaging to the skin.

 

記得在出門前20~30分鐘前擦上防曬乳,才會有防曬效果

Remember to put sunscreen on 20 to 30 minutes before going out to make it effective.
