recipient(n.) – someone who receives something
接受者(n.)
The recipient of this package must sign for it.

resume(n.) – a short written account of your education and your previous jobs that you send to an employer when you are looking for a new job
履歷表(n.)
You must submit a resume when applying for a job.
應徵工作時必須提交履歷表。
cover letter(n.)– a letter of introduction attached to another document such as a resume
求職信;附函(n.)
Give a brief introduction of yourself in your cover letter.
在你的求職信附上簡短的自我介紹。
memo (n.)– a short official note to another person in the same company
備忘錄(n.)
I sent her a memo reminding her about the meeting.
我發送了一份備忘錄給她提醒她這個會議。
sincerely (adv.)– an expression used to end a formal letter, especially one that you have begun by using someone’s name
謹啟〔信的結尾語〕(adv.)
It’s acceptable to end your letter with ”Sincerely,” followed by your name.
信的結尾語用“謹啟”後面加上你的名字,是可被接受的。
