director：導演
the person who gives instructions to the actors and other people working on a film or play
指導演員，對劇組發號施令的人

e.g. The director told the actor to say the line with more emotion.

actor：演員
someone who performs in a play or film
演戲劇或是電影的人

e.g. She has starred with many leading actors.
例句：她跟許多優秀演員合作過。

producer：製片
someone whose job is to control the preparation of a play, film, or broadcast, but who does not direct the actors
負責戲劇、電影前置作業的人，但並不負責指導演員

e.g. The producers had to keep the filming costs within the budget.
例句：製片得控制拍攝成本，以免超出預算。

critic：影評
someone whose job is to make judgments about the good and bad qualities of art, music, films, etc.
負責評論藝術、音樂、電影好壞的人

e.g. Critics gave the new film two thumbs up.
例句：影評對這部新電影讚譽有加。

screenwriter：編劇
someone who writes plays for film or television
負責寫電影或是電視劇劇本的人

e.g. The movie was such a success that producers hired the same screenwriter to write a sequel.例句：電影大賣，製片請同一位編劇來寫續集的劇本。

film editor：電影剪輯師
the person who works with raw footage, selecting shots and combining them into sequences to create a finished motion picture
負責將未經處理的影片剪輯成最後上映的版本

e.g. When undecided about the exact frame to cut on, film editors generally cut long rather than short.
例句：要是還不能確定要剪哪一個鏡頭，電影剪輯師通常會把片子剪得比較長而不是較短。

art director：藝術指導
someone whose job is to decide on how pictures, photographs, etc. will look in a magazine, film, advertisement, etc.
決定要如何呈現雜誌、電影、廣告裡的圖片或是影像

e.g. It was the art director’s job to give the scene a dark, spooky tone.
例句：藝術指導的工作就是給這一幕增添黑暗陰森的氣氛。

talent agent：經紀人
a person who finds jobs for actors, authors, film directors, etc.
替演員、作家、導演找工作的人

e.g. My talent agent got me a leading role in a new action movie.
例句：我的經紀人替我在一部新的動作片裡爭取到要角。
